Savory Tart

Directions
2 cups of flour1 cup of vegetable oil2 cups of milk3 eggs1 tablespoon of baking powder1 tablespoon of salt1 T of parmesan cheese
Blend everything in the blender. Use half of mixture to cover bottom of a large square pirex dish. Add filling (whatever you want but make sure to season filling ingredients). Cover with the rest of the mixture. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 375 degrees or until the crust is golden brown.
