Old Fashioned Berry smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries or berry choice1 cup fruit juice (I used orange)1 cup nonfat vanilla or plain yogurt1 tbsp. honey/maple syrup1 sm. banana (opt.)oat/flax (opt.)
Directions
Put all ingredients in the blender. I find it blends better to put the frozen berries in FIRST. I blend on the "smoothie" setting.
Pour into glasses and serve!

This recipe made 3 + cups of smoothie. I have 4 small children and it was plenty for all of us to share.
