Mexicali Chop Salad with Salsa Dressing

10 romaine leaves, chopped1 cooked chicken breast (or half), chopped3/4 c black beans1 yellow bell pepper, chopped1 lrg roma tomato, chopped4 med scallions, mincedDressing:2 Tbls sour cream4 Tbls plain nonfat yogurt4 Tbls salsa1 tsp cumin powderLime juice to tasteSalt to taste
Directions
Mix together dressing, then combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
