Ingredients
Lite Wheat Bread, 2 slicesApples, fresh, 1 mediumAlmonds, 1/8 c.Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1/8 c.Splenda No Calorie Sweetener 1/2 tsp Dash of cinnamon
Directions
Toast the wheat bread.
While toasting, core and slice the apple into 16 slices.
Mix ricotta, almonds, and Splenda.
Spread ricotta mix on toast.
Top with apple slices.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
