Greek-Style Baked Chicken

Ingredients
4 small skinless boneless chicken breastsblack pepper2 small plum tomatoes diced2 tbsp diced red or yellow pepper2 tbsp chooped fresh parsley1/2 tsp dried oregano2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
1. Arrange chicken breasts in a greased baking dish just big enough to hold them in a single layer. Sprinkle with pepper and set aside.
2. In a bowl, toss together tomatoes, bell pepper, parsley, oregano, garlic and feta cheese. Spoon over chicken, drizze with olive oil and bake in preheated oven for 25-30 m inutes or until chicken in no longer pink inside.
