Cut chicken breasts into slivers about 1/2 inch thick and cook thoroughly in a non-stick skillet. once cooked add the roasted red peppers, seasonings, oil and merlot sauce. Simmer a few minutes and serve with whole wheat tortillas, salsa, cheese and sour cream.
