Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Scones

Ingredients
1 1/4 c flour1 1/4 c wholemeal pastry flour1 tbsp baking powder1 tbsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt1/4 c sugar1/2 c vegan margarine3/4 c soymilk + 1 tsp cider vinegar2 tbsp ground flax seed + 1/4 c water3/4 c chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F/200C.

Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix. Cut in margarine. Mix together soymilk mixture and flax mixture, then mix into dry ingredients until combined. Add chocolate chips and mix to incorporate.

Drop large handfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
