Cream of Potato soup

5 pounds potato (peeled and diced)2 can condensed red. fat cream of mushroom soup2 can condensed red. fat cream of celery soup2 (8 oz) cream cheese (1/3 less fat)2 sticks of butter (or margarine)3 medium onions (or 2 large onions)salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste
Peel, and dice potatoes. Chop onions. Boil potatoes and onions until potatoes are tender. Drain and add the remaining ingredients. Warm until all has melted together. Heat until warm throughout and serve.
