# Oat Milk, 200 gram(s) (remove)# Agave Syrup (1=4 sugar), 9 tsp (remove)# Egg Yolk, 1 large (remove)# Cornstarch, 10 grams (remove)# Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)# Rum, 15 grams (remove)# Cream Goat Org., 3 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in the top of a double boiler; stir with a whisk. Cook over simmering water until slightly thick (about 15 minutes), stirring constantly with a whisk. Remove from heat; add vanilla,cream and bourbon, stirring until smooth. Place plastic wrap on surface for sauce; chill.
