My 'Refried' Beans

Ingredients
1 Can of Bush's Pinto Beans -Drained & rinsed 1cup Chicken Broth1/8 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Asiago Romano Cheeses1/2 tsp Mrs Dash Original Blendnon stick cooking spray
Directions
- Spray pan with non stick cooking spray
- Add beans and allow to warm for a minute or two
- Add 1/2 a cup of chicken broth
- Smash beans -can use the bottom of a glass of you don't have a bean masher
- Add remaining chicken broth & seasoning
- Allow to simmer for 5 minutes
- Stir in cheese

    A lot of chicken broth so they were more runny that normal refried beans and very bland. Definitely a recipe that can be built on by adding some seasoning and subtracting some broth. - 3/25/20

    Great, have been looking for simple bean recipe. Used beans I had cooked and canned. Used cheeses I shredded myself to avoid wood pulp. Used vegetable broth rather than chicken. Otherwise followed recipe. - 9/5/17
