Sweet Potato Wedges with Creamy Cheese and Onion dip

Ingredients
Small sweet potato, peeled and cut into wedges,About 1 tsp sunflower oil,Pinch of salt,Freshly ground black pepper to taste,For the dip;Tsp light creme fraiche,Tsp extra light Philadelphia,1 spring onion finely chopped or tsp chopped chives,Pinch saltFreshly ground black pepper to taste.
Directions
Drizzle the oil over the sweet potato, season to taste and roast in a preheated oven at about 200 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender.

In a small dish combine the ingredients for the dip mixing well. Serve with the wedges.
