Asian Chicken Salad

1/4 c grilled chicken breast, rough chopped1 c shredded romaine lettuce1/4 c sweet red pepper, seeded, chopped fine1/4 c red onion, chopped fine1/4 c tomato, seeded, chopped fine1/4 c canned pineapple tidbits, well-drained1/8 c chow mein noodles1 T rough chopped Walnuts1 t granulated sugar2 T reduced fat or fat free, light ranch dressing
Prepare the chopped vegetables and the pineapple. Mix together and set aside for a few minutes to let the flavors blend.
Mix the walnuts and sugar together in a baggy to lightly coat the walnuts in the sugar. Discard the excess sugar.
Place the lettuce, chicken, veggie/fruit blend, walnuts and chow mein noodles in a bowl and top with a bit of dressing.
