Quick and easy baked potato soup

Ingredients
2 large potatoes3 cups 2% milk2 tbs country crock spread1/2 tbs of flour1/2 cup shredded cheese1/2 cup low fat sour cream
Directions
Bake potatoes for 1 hour or until done. You can also microwave them. Cut them into small pieces. Combine butter and flour in pot and heat over medium heat until flour is dissolved. Slowly add milk stirring constantly until slightly thick. Add potatoes and stir. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add sour cream and stir until mixed well.
Makes 4-6 servings.
