Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredients
3 lb beef potraost (boneless)4 carrots, sliced4 medium potatoes, cut into 1 in pieces2 envelopes Lipton Onion Soup Mix3/4 cp water
Directions
In slow cooker, arrange vegetables; top with roast.
Combine soup mix with water and add to slow cooker.
Cook covered on High 4-6 hours or low 8-10 hours. Remove roast and vegetables.
To thicken gravy, stir in 1/4 cp water blended with 2 tbs flour. (not in NI)
