Meat- Veggie Ball Loafs

Ingredients
I use a Food Processor to Chop up Onions, Carrots,Celery,Green Pepper , Green Onions BUT ! Don't Over Chop ! Reserve Half of Ketchup (for Top of Loafs) Mix Rest Ingredients together and Form into Individual Loafs(12) (Balls) I use a Measuring cup for this
Directions
Makes 12 Individual Loafs (balls)
Bake on 375 for One Hour
Let Rest For 15 Minutes before Serving
