Easy Veggie Quiche

1 Frozen Pie Crust (whole wheat if possible)6 Eggs3/4 Cup Skim Milk5 Oz Frozen Chopped Spinach or fresh if preferred1 Cup Frozen Broccoli 6 Stalks Asparagus chopped1/2 Large Onion minced1/2 Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese1/2 Cup Cheddar CheeseSalt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wisk Eggs, Milk, Salt and Pepper until mixed well.
Mix in cottage cheese and cheddar cheese.
Mix in all other ingredients until blended well.
Cover crust edges with foil to prevent burning (take off 5 minutes before end of cooking time).
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
