Shrimp Cobb Salad

Ingredients
3 cups chopped heart of romaine5 grape tomatoes1/4 cup chopped or sliced cucumbers1 sliced hard boiled egg5 cooked peeled shrimp (31-40 count per pound)Fresh ground black pepper2 T Light blue cheese dressing2 T crumbled blue cheese2 slices bacon crumbled
Directions
Cook bacon and let drain. Boil egg, allow to cool before slicing. Cook shrimp or thaw from frozen. Chop the romaine lettuce. Layer Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, egg, shrimp. Grind black pepper over entire salad, add bacon, crumbled blue cheese and dressing. Toss to coat.
