Creamy Buttermilk Hummus

Ingredients
2 14 oz cans of chick peas2-3 tbsp tahini (ground sesame seeds)2 tbsp lemon juice1/2 cup 1% buttermilk4 cloves garlic
Directions
This recipe has to be made to your own personal taste. More or less ingredients can be added as you go. Drain the cans of chick peas 3/4 of the way, put in blender, put the rest of the ingredients in blender. If your blender is like mine and not sophisticated you may have to blend awhile, then stir awhile, blend and stir, until smooth. Serve inside whole wheat pitas with spinach, as a dip for carrots, on top of plain spinach leaves, anyway you like.
