Vegan Brownies

Ingredients
2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour2 cups white sugar or splenda3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1/2 cup water1 1/2 cups soy milk (vanilla is best)1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
Directions
1. Preheat oven 350
2. mix all dry ingrediants in a large bowl
3. add wet ingrediants and mix well
4. grease a 9x13 inch baking pan
5. cook 25-30 minutes
6. cool in baking pan for 10 minutes before cutting
