2-3 c dark lettuce leaves3 oz sliced turkey breast, cut in strips1 oz swiss cheese, RF, cut in in strips5 black olives, halved1 plum tomato, chopped1 TB hellman's light mayo1 TB ketchup3 whole wheat melba toasts
on a large plate, pile the lettuce. top with turkey, cheese, olives, and tomato. In a separate bowl, make the dressing by combining the ketchup and mayonnaise. Dress the sald and serve with melba toasts.
