Avocado Soup

2 medium avocados, peeled and seeded1/2 C chopped peeled cucumber1/3 C chopped onion1/4 C shredded carrot3 garlic cloves minced1 14 oz chicken broth, low sodium fat free1 Tbsp chili saucesalsa optional
Place all but the salsa into a food processor and blend until smooth. Let chill for 1 hour and up to 24 before serving. Ladle into bowl and garnish with salsa and one avocado slice.
