Garlic Chicken Melt

Ingredients
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken breast halves1 envelope Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix1 can diced tomatoes with Garlic, Basil, & Oregano undrained1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4-1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375F. In 13X9 baking pan, arrange chicken.
2. Mix together in bowl Recipe Mix, Diced Tomatoes, and olive oil and pour over chicken.
3. Bake uncovered 35-35 min or until chicken is no longer pink.
4. Sprinkle with desired about of cheese and bake an additional 3-5 min until cheese is melted.
