Light Hamburger Sour Cream Bake

1-1-1/2 lbs ground turkey1 clove garlic minced½ tsp pepper1 tbsp sugar1 cup onion, diced2 cans 8oz tomato sauce8 oz light cream cheese, softened 1 cup fat free sour cream½ cup fat free grated cheese8 oz package whole wheat pasta
Combine first five ingredients. Sauté until meat is brown, add tomato sauce and cook 30 minutes.
Cook noodles. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until blended well. Mix in noodles.
In a greased casserole dish, layer the noodle/cream cheese mixture, and meat sauce. Repeat layering.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Add grated cheese at end of baking time and let melt.
