Chicken Brushetta

Boneless chickenolive oillemon juice (can be substituted for vinegar)cherry tomatoeszucchinioniongarlicbasil
Directions
Broil 3 chicken breasts until brown. Meanwhile in a pan, heat olive oil and lemon juice. Add vegatables and cook until tender. Top the chicken with the vegatables. Goes great with brown rice, or wheat pasta!
