Ingredients
Parmesan Grated 15g, 30 gram(s) Asiago Grated - 15 g, 30 gram(s) Tofu Soft (Sunrise)- 85 g, 300 gram(s) Garlic, .5 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp *Onion powder, 1 tsp Salt & Pepper to tasteMakes 3 - 1/2 cup servings
Directions
Put ingredients in blender and then pour mixture into saucepan to warm -- stirring occasionally.

Makes nice "alfredo" sauce when tossed with pasta -- can also add grilled chicken for a great meal

    I left out the olive oil, and used refrigerated firm tofu. Put the tofu (liquid included) into the blender with the cheeses and spices. Also, if you refrigerate the mix for at least a couple hours the sauce will have a more intense flavor with no gritty consistency. THIS STUFF IS AWESOME!!! - 6/18/11
