Ingredients
1/2 c. plain fat free yogurt1 c. nonfat milkhandful of fruit of your choice equivalent to about 8 strawberries1/2 c. ice2 packets artificial sweetener
Directions
Put all ingredients into blender, and blend and enjoy. Could put other items into it as you wish.


Great low calorie, no sugar sweet tasting treat.
