Milk Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

1.25 c flour.5 tsp baking powder.5 tsp baking soda.5 tsp cinnamon.25 tsp salt1.5 stick margarine.25 c Splenda brown-sugar blend.33 c granulated sugar1.5 tsp vanilla1 egg2 Tbs milk1 pkg milk chocolate chips1 c Quaker quick oats.5 c raisins
Preheat over to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl beat butter, sugars, and vanilla with electric mixer until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually add in dry mixture and milk. Stir in chips, oats, and raisins. Dough will be very sticky! You can refrigerate it for an hour which will make it a little less sticky.
Drop by rounded teaspoons on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 11 minutes until edges are crisp and center is still soft. Cool on baking sheet for at least two minutes before removing to wire rack. Cool completely.
