Healthy Spanish Rice with Beef

Ingredients
1 lb. of 93% fat-free ground beef1 onion, chopped small1 can stewed tomatoes1 can Rotel tomatoes1 c. medium grain long grain brown rice1 c. water1 t. chili powder1 t. oregano1/2 t. garlic powder
Directions
Cook beef with chopped onion until meat is brown. Drain in colander, rinse and pat dry with paper towels. Return meat to a dutch oven and stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir occasionally.
