Ingredients
1.25 Lb Boneless Pork Loin (slice to your favorite thickness)1 Green Pepper1 Large Onion1 Cup Sliced Carrot1 Bottle Open pit Original BBQ Sauce
Directions
heat Oven to 250
Line casserole dish with aluminum foil.
layer pork and veggies in foil.
Pour entire bottle of BBQ sauce over meat and veggies.
wrap foil around entire meal.
Slow cook in oven for about 6 - 8 hours.

Serve with rice or potatoes
