Balsamic, Rosemary Steak Over Rice

Ingredients
* Beef, round steak, 1 lb* Olive Oil, 2 tbsp* Balsamic Vinegar, 6 tbsp* Rosemary, dried, 3 tsp* Lemon Juice, to Taste* Salt, To taste* Pepper, black, To taste* Garlic, 1 tsp* Oregano, ground, 1/2 tsp* Basil, 1 tsp*Long Grain White Rice
Directions
1. cube steak into about one inch cubes, as long as they're all about the same size they'll cook in the same time.


2. Combine all ingredients, (EXCEPT THE RICE) in a 1 Quart plastic bag, close, and shake to incorporate everything together evenly.


3.Add beef steak.


4.Marinade for minimum two hours or over night.

5. Make rice either regular or fried. Doesn't matter. I used regular white rice but i bought the steam able rice sides 2 packages and cooked them via microwave takes about 3 and a half minutes each.


6. Grill meat separately.

7. Place Rice and meat in a bowl together and mix up.

8. Serve warm, include salad or other side to make a complete dinner.


Perfect for parties, light dinners with a side and salad.
