Turkey Cincinnati Chili

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded1 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp ground coriander2 tbsp apple cider vinegar1/4 tsp ground cloves1 tbsp olive oil3 tbsp chili powder1 tsp ground cumin1 lg yellow onion, chopped1 can chicken broth1 tsp salt4 cloves garlic, minced1/2 tsp allspice1/2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, grated8 oz Barilla Plus thin spaghetti1lb 99% lean ground turkey1 cup honey bourbon barbecue sauce1 8oz can tomato sauce1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1 can red kidney beans1/2 tsp cinnamon
Saute 1/2 onions, ground turkey and garlic in large stockpot over medium heat about 5 minutes. Add chili powder, salt, pepper, coumin, coriander, cinnamon, allspice, cayenne, cloves and chocolate to pot and cook ove rmedium heat, stirring until chocolate has melted, about 1 minute.
Add broth, tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, beans and vinegar to pot and bring mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours until chili has thickened (add more broth if necessary).
Remove from heat and allow to rest for 30 min. While chili rests, cook spaghetti. Drain.
Divide spaghetti among 4 serving plates, top with chili, raw onions and cheese.
