Ingredients
Pepperidge Farm 100% Whole Wheat BagelOne slice of muenster cheese1 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing1 teaspoon of honey mustard2 tablespoons of sauerkraut1/4 cup of avocado, mashed1 tablespoon of olive oil
Directions
Spread one slice with honey mustard and avocado and one slice with thousand island dressing and sauerkraut.
Spray skillet with olive oil and place bagel dry side down. Cook over med. heat for 4 minutes and then add the slice of cheese and cover for one minute. Yummmmmm.....

    My husband and I had these sandwiches for lunch today. Once we got over look of the sandwich (the green of the avocado threw us a bit, I have to say!) we really enjoyed them!!! Definitely a good subsitute for a regular reuben. - 3/12/07
