chicken vegie rice soup

Ingredients
4 chicken thighs bone and skin on6 cups water2 cups celery, carrots1 cup onion1 box long grain wild rice mix
Directions
boil chicken in water, pour into a bowl to cool and then remove all bones, skin and excess fat.
Use a fat separator to pour broth from a bowl into the pan for cooking. ( fat separator can be found at bed bath and beyond for around 15$)
add chicken, vegies and rice mix, cook until vegies are tender and rice is cooked. Season to taste.
