Orange Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil- 4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)- 1/2 c onion (chopped)- 1-2 cups broccoli - 1 cup carrots (chopped)- 6 oz orange juice- 2 Tbsp soy sauce- 1 tsp lemon pepper- 1 tsp italian seasoning- 1 tsp garlic salt
Directions
- Defrost and cube chicken.
- Heat sesame oil in large saute pan or wok.
- Saute onion until transluscent.
- Add chicken. Cook 8-10 minutes.
- Add vegetables, juice, soy sauce, and seasonings (more or less to taste).
- Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until juices are soaked into chicken and vegetables.

- Serve over rice and top with chow mein noodles (not included in nutrition info)
- Makes about 8 servings (3/4 - 1 cup servings)
