10 Minute Spanish Rice with Cheese

Ingredients
1 cup salsa1 cup water2 cups instant brown rice4 oz. 2% Velveeta
Directions
Place the salsa and the water in a pan. Bring to a boil. Stir in the instant rice. Cover and let steam for 5 minutes.

Add the cheese and stir until melted.
