Curry Turkey Wings

Turkey Wing, 1 serving Curry powder, 1 tbspExtra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp Celery, raw, .50 cup, dicedParsley, dried, 1 tbsp Ginger Root, 1 tsp
In medium size skillet on medium low add EVO, then add curry powder.
Stir in curry powder let it cook for 2 minutes.
Then add Turkey wings, onions, celery, green pepper, parsley, & ginger. Stir in completely, sautee for about 5 minutes. Then add 1 cup and half of water(water depends on how much sauce you like). You can add tbsp of flour to thicken sauce. Cover and turn heat down to Low and simmer for about 25-30 minutes.
