Easy updated ham sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices Pepperidge Farm 7 grains whole wheat bread1slice low fat ham1tbsp light mayo1tbsp ketchup1/2 cup mixed salad greens1 tsp balsamic vinegar1/2 tsp lemon zesta few drops lemon juice
Directions
Toast bread. Ham can be used cold or hot.
Mix mayo and ketchup in one container.
Mix lemon juice, lemon zest and balsamic vinegar in another and add greens.
Apply mixture of mayo and ketchup to one slice of bread. Top with ham, greens and the other slice.
Enjoy.
Makes one serving.
