Beef stroganoff Over potatoes

Ingredients
*~0-2 lbs~Beef (this recipe is made generally with 1 pound of beef but you can either omit it or ad extra it does not really matter)*Cream Of Mushroom Soup (1 can, family size)*1 Onion*Milk (what ever type is fine, I used 2%)*Sour cream (i used regular)* Baked Potatoes (As many as is in your family. This one was made for 5)
Directions
1: Wash and poke your potatoes. Place in the oven or microwave and cook.

2: While potatoes are cooking brown your meat.

3: after meat is browned add your onions and cook them.

4: then add your can of cream of mushroom soup.. instead of water use milk.

5: add your sour cream and stir all ingredients together and cook to boil.

6: when it comes to a boil bring it down to simmer and wait for your potatoes to be done.

7: Serve over your potatoes.
