Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz Stir fry blend veggies, 5 cup frozen peppers and onions, 1 cup Minced garlic, 3 tbsp light butter, 4 tbsp Ground red pepper to taste
Directions
Saute precooked shrimp in a cast iron pan just enough to warm them through with the minced garlic. Then add all of the vegetables and warm them through. Add light butter and sprinkle with ground red pepper to taste. Serve over vermicelli.
