Chili with Ground Turkey

Ingredients
1 lb low fat ground Turkey breast3 cups chopped onion3 cups chopped green peppers 3 cups chopped celery4 -28 oz canned Tomatoes no salt added 2- 8oz can Tomato Sauce no salt added1-6oz can tomato Paste no salt added2 -28 oz can Black Beans 50% sodium reduced3 cloves minced garlic3 T ground cumin1/8 to 1/4 cup Chili Powder to taste.4 T ground Oregano2 T Olive oil
Directions
Makes 12 -10 oz servings
Brown turkey in olive oil. Add celery , onion, green peppers.and cook for 20 minutes. Add garlic, chili powder to taste, oregano , cumin, tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Cook for one hour. Drain, rinse black beans and add. Cook for another 20 - 3 mins.
Serve with Non Fat Cheddar Cheese and Non Fat sour cream.
