Spiked Peanut Butter Discs

2.5 oz flour2.2 oz whole wheat flour1 oz chocolate protein powder1 tsp baking soda2 oz shortening5 oz smooth peanut butter2/3 cup sugar2 tsp honey1/2 tsp vanilla1 egg1/3 cup mini M&Ms
Preheat oven to 350F, line cookie sheets with parchment or SilPat (do not grease).
Whisk together flours, protein powder and baking soda, set aside.
Cream shortening, peanut butter and sugar.
Beat in honey, vanilla and egg.
Mix in dry ingredients until just moistened.
Fold in M&Ms.
Shape into balls, place on prepared sheets and flatten with a fork.
Bake 10 minutes, cool completely on sheets.
