creamy low fat potato soup

Ingredients
3 medium peeled Potato, raw,and chopped10 ounces Chicken Breast, no skin, choppedFat Free Chicken Broth 2 cans1/2 Onion chopped 1.5 cup Milk, nonfat3 tbsps Flour, whitegarlic to tastepepper to taste
Directions
THis can be put in a crock pot and simmered all day or untill potatoes are tendered or you can cook each item seperitly and then add them in one big pot. you'll need to add 3 cups of water to the mix as you cook.

cut everything up and place in pot add 2 cans of soup and 3 cups of water , more if you want soupy. about ten minutes before you serve add the flour slowly to the milk and then mix it in to make it thicker. Mix and serve.

cook meat untill fully cooked , boil potatoes untill soft, add everything to a potbut the milk and flour. bring to boil and then add the flour slowly to the milk and then mix it in to make it thicker. Mix and serve.
