Breakfast cookies - Body for Life

Ingredients
1/2 cup of Quick Oats3 egg whites (med eggs)2 - 3 packets Sweet & Low1 Tbsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix oats, sweetner & cinnamon and set aside. Beat egg whites with the vanilla until frothy. Fold in the oatmeal mixture. Spoon small clusters ( about the size of a quarter) onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non-fat cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes. Eat while still warm. They don’t taste as good cold! So bake them & eat on the way to work!
** I used liquid egg whites which made it very quick and easy. I also used a toaster oven instead of heating up the big oven.
