Cabbage and Carrot Salad with Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
3 C. fresh red cabbage, shredded1 large carrot, shredded4 Tbs. tahini 2 Tbs. lemon juice1/4 C. raisins1/3 C. warm water
Directions
Soak raisins in water for one hour or until plump and soft. Put raisins with their water in the blender. Add tahini and lemon juice and puree until smooth.

Combine carrots and cabbage in a bowl. Pour dressing over and combine.
