ChickenClub SodaFlourSalt & PepperPaprikaCayenne Pepper
Directions
1 chicken breast per person. Cut chicken into strips. Mix all ingrediants (except chicken) in a bowl until it becomes a pancake batter like consistency. Dip chicken in batter and then gently drop them in oil over med-hi heat. Cook 4 min on one side and then 5-7 min on the other side.
