Rich beef and noodle casserole

10 oz egg noodles, cooked an drained1 yellow onion, choppped1 lb 93%lean ground beef1 3/4 C diced canned tomatoes1 tbs splenda1/4 tsp black pepper1 2/3 C fat free sour cream4 oz fat free cream cheese, softened4 oz shredded 2% cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350
Brown meat and onion together in skillet. Drain. Add UNDRAINED can of tomatoes, splenda, and pepper, to beef/onion mixture. Simmer for 15 mins. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese and mix well until smooth. Coat bottom of 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Put 1/2 of the cooked noodles in the pan, top with beef mix, and top beef with sour cream mixture. top with reamaining noodles. top noodles with cheese. Bake for 25 mins.
