take a prime chicken breast and brown it in the pan on top of the stove w/ a little olive oil spray and add some roasted red pepper calorie reduced and 98% fat free marinade (kraft makes one!) add it to the pan . it doesn't take much , about 1/4 cup for 3 breasts. add some brocolli or cauliflower and turn down the heat. cook for another 20 minutes on low on top of the stove, or put it in the oven at 400 for about 20 minutes. a delicious and guilt free way to add flavor to any type of meat...
