Akki Roti/Brown RIce Flour Tortillas

Ingredients
1 cup Brown Rice Flour1/3 cup coconut Flour3 green chillies (chopped finely)1 medium onion(chopped finely)1 tsp Jeera(Cumin Seeds)1/4 Cup grated carrot1/4 cup finely chopped cilanrto leaves1/4 cup hot water or enough to make dough1 tbsp Oil for smearingSalt according to taste
Directions
1. Mix all the above ingredients and knead it to chappati dough consistency.
2. Make 6 small round balls.

3. Mix all ingredients together with enough water to make a pliable dough.
Let it rest for 15 min. Divide dough into 6 balls.
On a wax paper add a few drops of oil, spread the one dough ball into a think pancake
with your hand. Put a flat griddle on medium heat, spray with PAM, transfer the roti
from the wax paper to the pan. Put a few drops of oil around the edges of the roti.
Cover & cook until light brown on one side, flip and cook on the other side Put a few
drops of oil around the edges of the roti again. cook untill light brown color.
Repeat with the other dough balls. Makes 6 rotis.


4. Serve it hot with chutney as side dish.
