Turkey Bean Burrito

Ingredients
1-1.25 lb ground Turkey1 can fat free or vegetarian refried beans1 can black beans drained and rinsed1 can enchilada sauce...I only used .5 can1 pkg low sodium El Pase Taco seasoning (you will only sprikle this on to tast...I may have used a half packet) (4 tsp)1 can chopped green chiles .5 cup salsa (to taste) I used fresh salsa that is in the produce dept2% four cheese Mexican Blend (.25 cup)half medium onion choppedlow carb whole wheat Tortillas
Directions
Brown ground turkey....add chopped onions and cook until the onions are translucent.
sprinkle taco seasoning on and stir until it smells "mexicany"
add black beans (rinsed and drained) salsa chiles, refried beans one at a time until incorporated. May need to sprinkle more tqaco seasoning on....taste it
put some enchilada sauce in the bottom of 9 x 12 pan. spoon mixture into tortillas evenly...I had too much. sprinkle some cheese on..fold and place seam side down in pan. spoon some enchilad sauce on top of burrito and sprinkle with more cheese......Bake @ 375 for 20 min or until cheese on top melts
