1.5 lbs ground beef2 eggs1 can of chicken rice soup (drained)1/4 cup milk1/2 cup read crumbssalt, pepper, seasoning1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup water
Makes approximately 6 servings.
Combine ground beef, eggs, chicken soup, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, seasoning. Form into balls, fry well. Put in casserole dish. Pour over mixture of 1 can of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup water. Bake about 1//2 hour @ 350 degrees.
